The “NEVER RUN OUT OF GAS” Service Agreement

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that Grill Gas Express (GGE) cylinders are the property of GGE and must be returned in serviceable condition upon termination of this service agreement.

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that serviceable cylinders EXCHANGED with GGE will be replaced by GGE with a similar cylinder in serviceable condition upon termination of this service agreement.

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that GGE service technicians have permission to enter my property for the express and only purpose of servicing this agreement.

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that GGE cylinders are to be serviced only by GGE technicians.

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that this service agreement is in effect until either party provides seven (7) days notice of cancellation.
